An upbeat song that stood out among ballads sung by Latin American worship leaders whose work I was perusing was "En los Montes en los Valles" by Marcos Witt (and it's also one of his most popular songs on iTunes). While many of his ballads are piano-based, this song would require some more attention to detail in execution. But it could be argued that, although it's fast tempo, "En los Montes en los Valles" could be congregation-ally singable. Lyrics and translation below:
Seguiremos levantandolo
English translation:
In the mountains in the valleys
We exalt the one who is worthy of praise
On the shores of the seas, we raise a sound of hope
We cheer, cheer, we make the voice of his praise heard
With your hands up, we exalt the one who reigns forever
Let's go up to worship on Mount Zion
It is the joy of every nation
Where sadness is joy, crying is happiness
Let's go up to worship the great King
And tell your neighbor to add our song
This is the way we worship, a song in order to give praise
In the same way, I no longer lament the dancing
My mouth doesn't get tired and I still love it
Day after day we will continue to exalt him
Glorifying him and honoring his holy name
We will continue to raise him
