Andrae Crouch passed on to glory just as I was getting to know his work, and his song "The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power" is a staple that I used for Easter, communion and other services at a church I once served.
His song "God Is On Our Side," however, I may argue, is not congregation-ally singable. I tried leading as such, but it quickly became a one-and-done song in that regard. But the song is really cool. I like the lyrics and clever twists of the chord progression. It would be a good black Gospel song for a church choir to sing.
