I've grown fond of the South Carolina band NeedToBreathe. Their song "Hard Love" can be a healing and inspiring message. And many don't know that it's available in two cool genres:
My favorite recording of the popular Southern Rock version features the laser-like vocal contributions of retro-soul singer and songwriter Andra Day.
However, another cool recording is more acoustic, Gospel-flavored and features Canadian singer Serena Ryder. It could go well with a Gospel choir, I imagine.
