Daniel Yang, songwriter, worship leader, and director of the Send Institute, has recently released six original worship songs in Hmong. One whose melody I particularly enjoyed was "Koj Muaj Homphaj Rua Kuv" (potentially translated "You Have a Purpose for Me"). Chord charts (for most songs) and demonstrations are available here. If you have a native Hmong speaker in your church, this song may be able to be used for a worship service and translated for those who don't speak Hmong.
