I (James) first saw Tye Tribett at the Chicago Gospel Music Festival in 2017. He was the closing performer. His music is a unique combination of black gospel and hip-hop. It's very catchy, and Tye Tribett is a captivating performer, but his music may be more difficult to technically execute. One song of his was included on WOW Gospel 2018, entitled "Work It Out."
